Careers
Small team. Forward deployed.
FlipTech Pro is humans and agents shipping together. The agents draft, monitor, and remember. The humans decide, design, and deploy. If you want to be one of the humans, we keep this page honest: the roles below are real or the list is empty.
Role 01
Forward-Deployed Engineer
The build fee says 14 days, and you are the reason that is not a lie. You take a business we met two weeks ago from kickoff to keys: platform stood up, agent tuned to their voice, two workflows wired end to end, their team trained and a little bit amazed.
This is not a services treadmill. You ship the same engine every time and teach it to wear a different company: a clinic one month, a streetwear brand the next. The interesting work lives in the last mile, where their weird spreadsheet meets our pipeline and something has to give.
You work directly with founders, with the agent fleet drafting and monitoring underneath you. You decide; the agents do the labor. When a client hits a wall at 6pm, you are the human who ships the fix.
What you will do
- Run 14-day client builds end to end, kickoff to keys
- Wire real workflows into the engine: Slack, CRMs, calendars, content pipelines
- Tune each client agent's voice, rules, and guardrails with the client in the room
- Carry the demo factory: fast, personalized builds that make qualified prospects say yes
- Feed what you learn back into the engine so the next build is faster
You might be a fit if
- You have shipped production web software solo; TypeScript preferred
- You like clients in the room while you work, not behind a ticket queue
- You write clearly; half this job is explaining decisions to non-engineers
- Agent frameworks do not scare you, and neither does a legacy spreadsheet

Role 02
Agent Operations
Every client agent has a soul file, a rulebook, and a bill. You own all three across the fleet. When an agent drifts off voice, you catch it. When a model gets slow or expensive, you route around it. When a new model drops, you put it through the Proving Ground before it touches client work.
This is the job behind our tokens-included promise. We can only carry the AI bill because someone makes the fleet more efficient every single week. That someone is you.
The work is equal parts editor and dispatcher: you read transcripts the way an editor reads proofs, and you move workloads the way a dispatcher moves trucks.
What you will do
- Own the eval suite: score models on real client work, keep the routing honest
- Watch cost and latency per agent; keep flat plans flat
- Maintain soul files and guardrails as clients grow and change
- Triage the weird ones: tone drift, stuck loops, confident nonsense
- Publish the weekly fleet report the whole company actually reads
You might be a fit if
- You have opinions about when the cheap model is the right model
- You read logs for fun, or something close to it
- You can rewrite a system prompt without breaking a client's voice
- You are calm during incidents and precise in postmortems

Role 03
Design Engineer
Our landing page is a working product demo. Our product is an Agentic HQ clients live in. Both need someone who designs in code: type that lands with intent, motion that explains instead of decorates, HQs that read at a glance at 11pm.
You own surfaces end to end: the marketing site, the client Agentic HQ skins, the demo factory templates. Every client build gets a skin. You make configurability look like a superpower instead of a template.
React, Tailwind, and a motion library you can defend. Three.js is in the house kit. Taste is the actual requirement.
What you will do
- Design and build marketing and product surfaces in React and Tailwind
- Own the Agentic HQ skin system: one layout, many trades
- Set the motion language and keep it at 60fps with reduced-motion fallbacks
- Art-direct sample data so demos feel real without lying
- Pair with the FDE on client builds when the last mile is visual
You might be a fit if
- A portfolio of shipped interfaces you can walk us through
- You know why a 700ms ease-out feels different from a 300ms one
- You sweat copy as much as pixels
- You would rather delete a section than pad one

How we hire
One human reads every application. Agents do not screen you out. We reply to everyone, usually inside a week, and the interview is a working session, not a quiz. Send the email; skip the cover-letter theater.
