Terms of Service

The service
FlipTech Pro builds and operates AI-agent platforms for businesses: a one-time build, then a monthly partnership with tokens included. Demos are provided free to qualified businesses, password protected, and expire a limited window after first login unless extended.
Ownership
You own your website, brand, content, and data, and you can export them at any time. FlipTech owns the underlying engine and licenses it to you for the duration of the partnership. Neither side gets to pretend otherwise.
Approvals and responsibility
Agents draft; humans approve. Nothing is published, sent, or shipped on your behalf without a sign-off from you until you explicitly loosen those rules. You are responsible for what you approve.
Billing and cancellation
The build fee is one-time. The partnership bills monthly and cancels monthly; no annual lock, no cancellation fee. If your AI usage outgrows your plan, we move you to your own provider keys at cost and tell you before it happens.
The demo chat
Porter is a demonstration. Its outputs are samples, not professional advice, and are rate limited per visitor. Do not paste secrets into it; it will not need them and neither do we.
