Docs
Short, honest, and growing. These pages cover what you can check before you ever talk to us: how the demo works, what the partnership includes, and what happens after you say yes.
01
Getting started
From first email to first login.
- What happens after you leave an email
- A human reads it, an agent enriches it, and you hear back either way. Qualified businesses get a demo offer, not a sales sequence.
- Qualifying for a demo
- We look for a real offer, a reachable site, and work an agent can actually do. If you do not qualify yet, we say so and tell you why.
- Your first week, hour by hour
- About two hours of your time: one discovery call, a few access decisions, and your taste. The agent learns the rest from what you already publish.
02
How demos work
How the demo window works and what is real inside it.
- The clock starts at first login
- Your demo does not expire unseen. The window begins the first time you open it, not when we send the password.
- What is real and what is sample
- The engine, the agent, and the workflows are real. The data is sample until you say otherwise. Every sample surface is labeled.
- Keeping a demo
- When it expires, it is gone unless you say keep it. Saying keep it starts the 14-day build conversation.
03
How the partnership works
The build, the monthly, and who owns what.
- What the $10,000 build covers
- Your Agentic HQ, an agent with your voice and rules, a Slack presence, two workflows wired end to end, your team onboarded. Fourteen days.
- Tokens included
- We carry the AI bill inside your plan and keep it flat by routing work to the models that earn it. If usage outgrows the plan, you move to your own keys at cost.
- Ownership and export
- Your site, brand, content, and data are yours, exportable anytime. The engine is ours, licensed to you. No hosting lock-in on the parts that are yours.
- Approvals
- Agents draft; humans approve. Nothing posts, sends, or ships without a sign-off until you loosen the rules yourself.

Frequently asked questions
Nine questions, answered straight — right here on this page.
A branded platform instance: your Agentic HQ, an agent with your voice and rules, a Slack presence, two workflows wired end to end, and your team onboarded, running in 14 days. You keep your site, content, and data; the engine is licensed to you to run.

The plain answer
How much does FlipTech Pro cost?
FlipTech Pro costs $10,000 for the build, then a monthly partnership starting at $500. The build takes 14 days and ships a branded platform: a dashboard for your business, a named agent trained on your operation, a Slack presence, and two workflows wired end to end. The monthly fee covers hosting, model tokens, and upkeep; heavier operations run $1,500 and up. Before any money moves, qualified businesses get a working, password-protected demo built on their own company within 48 hours, free, so you judge the product instead of a pitch about it. Every agent action that touches a customer or a dollar waits in a queue until a human approves it. Your site, brand, content, and data stay yours and stay exportable if you ever leave. Finding out whether you qualify costs nothing and takes one short form.
